Income Requirements

The combined gross monthly income of all household members must be at least 3 times the gross monthly rent and 2.5 times net the monthly rent.

If a co signer is required, the co signer’s gross monthly income must be at least 4.5 times the monthly rent.

Applications will be denied if the household’s income falls short of the required threshold by more than $10,000 annually, even with a qualified co signer. If a co signer is needed, please ensure the co signer completes the online leasing application at the same time as the primary applicant.
